Our Business

Jake and Gigi created J & G Lawn and Garden in April of 2006 with the goal of being able to provide for their family while doing what they love to do on a daily basis. J & G Lawn & Garden has experienced enormous growth year after year. Due to the simple beliefs that doing what you say you're going to do and following thru with it is of upmost importance. They also believe in old fashioned customer service (the customer comes first) which unfortunately is hard to find. J & G supports numerous local events, organizations and all school districts. Our local business community is key in supporting the members of our community as the communities all support us this is what makes Humboldt county so special. We are proud that our business has expanded by word of mouth from satisfied customers and community members none of which would be possible without our awesome staff.

Who We Are

Jake and Gigi Morss are both Humboldt County natives. They both grew up in rural tight knit communities (Weott for Jake, Bridgeville for Gigi). Both also grew up in families that love to garden (this explains their love of getting dirty). They are thrilled to be doing what they love on a daily basis, and watch their satisfied customers faces when a new project has been completed. They have worked very hard to build the best reputation possible which all north coast community members and business owners know is a must. They have two girls Shayla, Katelynn and two boys Jacob and Isaac. They are family oriented people with the belief that if you work hard enough you can accomplish anything.
